Using a single vacuum generating unit with multiple collection points, the Jetvac Vacuum System will remove condensate (defrost water), wash-down, misting and irrigation water from refrigerated cases. It will then transfer it overhead, at elevations up to 7 metres, to a collection tank and discharge it to the sewer.  The system can also be used to collect grey water from preparation sinks in service areas if permitted by local authorities. 

The equipment is easy to install in both new and re-modeled stores since the need for under floor drainage in the Sales areas is eliminated.
